System Requirements

  • Flowol 3
  • 1Mb of free Hard Disc Space
  • Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003 or Vista (32bit or 64bit)
  • We recommend that all the latest critical updates are installed from Microsoft Update

Performance Notes

  • The 3D mimics work best on computers with hardware OpenGL support. If you have hardware OpenGL support, try running the mimics with anti-aliasing turned on for a better image. Turn anti-aliasing on by opening the Settings menu and choosing "Options...", then tick "Use anti-aliasing" under the Mimic tab.
  • Make sure your computer has the latest graphics drivers.
  • If animation is slow, close down any other programs and reduce the size of the mimic on the screen to improve performance.

Installation Notes

  1. Flowol 3 needs to be installed before you can install the Train Set 1 Mimic.
  2. You need to be logged on as an Administrator to install this mimic.
  3. This download is an msi installer. This can be assigned to workstations as a package. (There are no shortcuts with the mimics).
  4. If the Flowol program was open (in use) before installation, exit and restart Flowol before trying to use the mimics.
